Avoid the SICKNESS going around with lots of homemade broth-based eats! Our favorite products for making the most NUTRIENT-DENSE BROTH, plus our favorite SOUP RECIPES- this and more in this week’s newsletter! Our Real Life Thanksgiving leftovers are the best leftovers! We paired our Perfect Pork Chops with the mashed taters & gravy, roasted root veggies, and homemade applesauce leftovers! Then Matt just steamed some green beans – and voila, a HUGE veggie-filled meal that Finn’s friend said, “Do you guys eat like this every night?! This is like a fancy restaurant!” Why, yes… we do. And for the next day’s leftovers transformation, it was turkey soup- made following the Stacy’s Soup recipe. Because you can’t have turkey without making turkey soup! Making the most of leftovers with limited effort in cooking and maximum flavor + nutrients = complete holiday win! The gravy train had to end some time (see what I did there?!), and when it did, we hit up one of my favorite new places: Cava Grill. It’s like a Mediterranean version of Chipotle with so many incredible nutrient-dense and flavorful options!
